◆ working principle: use mold or workpiece to be cleaned as cathode (put into cleaning frame), and use standard electrode rod as anode. Oxygen is produced in anode and hydrogen is produced in cathode by electrolysis of water. In the process of operation, a large amount of hydrogen is produced on the surface of the workpiece, which makes the dirt decompose and peel off from the surface of the workpiece quickly; meanwhile, the cavitation effect of ultrasonic is used to make numerous small bubbles collide with the object. Blast the dirt on the workpiece to make the dirt peel off automatically.
At the same time, the special cleaning solution 102c is used to decompose the dirt rapidly through full chemical reaction. In this way, even the parts that are difficult to clean, such as the groove, groove, corner, hole, hole, flower biting and other complex parts inside the mold, will be clean, and the mold will show gorgeous metallic luster from inside to outside.
The cleaned mould shall be rinsed with water and then soaked with special water-based rust inhibitor for steel. The rust inhibitor can quickly remove the moisture on the surface of the mould and form a protection on the surface of the mould. It can be stored or reprocessed after air drying. Re production will not produce carbide attached to the mold.
