Digital Ultrasonic Vibration Generator 28khz/40khz for ultrasonic vibration transducer 1000W/2000W
The basic principle of the ultrasonic power supply and the composition of the prototype system. According to the characteristics of fast response speed and high precision required by the load of ultrasonic power supply, the control method of ultrasonic power supply is studied. A frequency tracking control method based on tms520lf2407 DSP of TI company is adopted. The ultrasonic power supply based on this control method is developed. The system has wide output frequency range, strong adaptability to load and high reliability.
With the application of ultrasonic technology in cleaning, welding, grinding and many other industrial fields, the demand of power market for a new generation of ultrasonic power supply is more and more urgent. Based on the analysis of traditional power ultrasonic power supply, this paper combines DDS technology, PS-PWM technology, and the soft switching technology of series resonant full bridge inverter. Shu et al. Designed an ultrasonic generator power supply with DSP chip tm320dsp2812 as the control chip. The main research contents of this paper include: in the inverter module, the full bridge inverter circuit with IGBT as the switch device is designed, and the corresponding driving circuit is designed. In the matching circuit module, based on the analysis of the traditional matching circuit, this paper adopts the improved matching circuit, which successfully meets the two requirements of the ultrasonic power supply for the matching circuit: inductive matching and impedance conversion. In terms of power regulation, through the analysis and comparison of several representative power regulation methods, and finally selected PS-PWM power regulation as the power regulation scheme of this design, it has the advantages of no additional power regulation circuit, continuous and stepless power regulation, and combined with the soft switch circuit, it effectively reduces the switching loss. In the aspect of frequency tracking, aiming at the shortcomings of traditional phase-locked technology, a pi-dds frequency tracking control method is proposed. The scheme makes use of the rapidity of digital PI controller and the accuracy of DDS technology, and successfully realizes the rapidity and accuracy of frequency tracking of ultrasonic power supply, which ensures that the power source always works at the resonant frequency. In addition, this paper also designs three protection circuits of ultrasonic power supply, which are over-current protection, over-voltage protection and temperature protection.
