Description:

After despositing nano metal, the surface of polymer mesh fabric is metal glossy but at the same time, it is featherlight and anti-oxidant. Depending on the specific metal coated polymer mesh fabric, light transmittance between 25-60% can be achieved, For Screen Glass Laminate application, if different privacy level is needed for screen, we have several types of metal coated mesh fabric to meet specific privacy requirement.

It can be combined with glass or PC through SGP, TPU, EVA, PVB to produce safe glass lamiante screen with metal glossy mesh fabric interalyer.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:

​1. Two hour Boiling Test

​2. Pummel Test

​3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

​4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

​5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

​6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles

​7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
