Principle

The thermal transfer coding machine is specially used for printing high-quality codes on flat flexible films, and it is an ideal coding solution for flexible packaging applications such as bag packaging. Code the film roll first, and then make the printed film into different types of packaging bags, such as zipper type, four-sided type, gusset type, vertical type and other packaging bag types.

The advantage of using packaging bags is the ability to use zippers, accessories, gussets and packaging seals. However, these advantages also bring special difficulties for thermal transfer printing in the packaging production line, especially when these parts are carried on the packaging before coding. Veritas also provides customized supports for bagging machines, including customized lateral motion system for rotary bagging machines, so as to print before bagging.
With the simple software setup of the thermal transfer printer, the user can raise the print head by 0.5 mm to 4.5 mm, ensuring that almost all types of reusable sealed bags can be coded without interfering with various seals.
