1. 2. Installation bracket The frame of the coding machine should be installed in a place that does not affect the packaging machine and is convenient for printer operation; After the frame is installed, it should be firm enough, and the cots and film guide rollers of the packaging machine should be ensured, otherwise, the film running stability of the packaging film will be affected. After the frame is installed, the packaging film should be able to easily bypass between the character wheel of the printer and the cots, and at the same time form a certain wrap angle on the cots.
3. Installation of the proximity switch (or photoelectric switch) The printing signal of the coding machine is generated by the proximity switch (or photoelectric switch). When using the proximity switch, the sensing piece is usually installed on the horizontal sealing cutter shaft or other shafts synchronized with the cutter shaft of the packaging machine, so that the proximity switch can generate a printing signal every time the cutter shaft rotates, and drive the printer to complete printing once. The sensing piece shall be metal sheet with a width of about 15mm. If photoelectric switch is used, the color code photoelectric sensor is used to sense the color code on the packaging film to generate a printing signal.
4. The printing signal provided by the packaging machine is obtained by the packaging machine, and a pair of normally open contacts of relays controlled by the color standard photoelectric eye or synchronized with the cutter shaft can be adopted.
