DLU500 UV Laser

DLU500 Laser coding machine, using a new intelligent vector control algorithm, marking speed greatly improved. The ultraviolet laser marking machine is developed by using a 355nm ultraviolet laser. Compared with infrared laser, this machine adopts the third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology, and the 355 ultraviolet light has a small focal spot, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of materials and has little processing heat influence. Because it is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving, it is especially suitable for marking food and pharmaceutical packaging materials, drilling micropores, high-speed division of glass materials and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers.
The ultraviolet laser marking machining method is different from other laser marking equipment. Generally speaking, for CO2 laser marking machine and fiber laser marking machine, it is a physical marking method with laser, while the ultraviolet laser marking machine uses chemical processing method, mainly photochemical reaction. The difference between these two different processing methods is that the laser physical processing method mainly processes the surface of products and materials, while the laser chemical processing method can use laser to go deep into the interior of products and materials for processing.

Principe
The ultraviolet laser marking machine is a series of laser marking machines, so its principle is similar to that of laser marking machines, which use laser beams to mark permanent marks on the surfaces of various substances. The marking effect is to directly break the molecular chain of substances by short-wavelength laser (unlike the evaporation of surface substances produced by long-wavelength laser to expose deep substances), so as to show the patterns and characters to be etched.
