Why Can We Always Ensure Excellent Quality

Quality Control

Dious group attaches great importance to quality control. We have ISO system certifications, as well as environmental protection certifications, such as FSC and Greenguard. Safety test is a must requirement. We can do the common tests in our own lab, but we also send some products to the third-party institute, such as SGS, to do the safety and durability tests, like BIFMA.

We manage the production lines according to 6S requriements. We control incoming materials, processiong, and finished products.

We also established a new testing center in headquarters in 2019 with a total area of over 2 thousand square meters with equipment input of over 5 million US dollars, in which we can conduct most of normal regular tests of our products, including formaldehyde test, hazardous gas test, drawer rail fatigue test, retention test, tape adhesiveness test, bursting strength test, salt spray test for hardwares, sponge rebound force test, transportation vibration resistance test, as well as various tests for chairs, such as backrest strength & durability test, drop test, swivel test, tilt mechanism test, rear stability test, base & casters durability test and gas lift duration test, etc. We have over 100 QC engineers to do quality control for incoming materials, in-process materials and finished products in order to provide green and good quality products for our customers.
