Product major structures:

Filter cylinder consists of cylinder, end plate and end plate locking device, etc. In between the pullout end-plate and flange of the cylinder there is rubber gasket for sealing. In side of the filter cylinder there are filter screen, collection pipe, outside of it there are feeding port, discharge port, steam nozzle, relieve nozzle, pressure gauge nozzle and safety valve nozzle, etc.

The filter screen plate is the major component for the filter. It consists of multiple layers of stainless steel screens of different specification. In the middle there is a passage for the filtrate, at the outside there is frame. At the lower part of screen plate there is a nozzle for the discharge port which is inserted into the collection pipe, in between the nozzle and socket of collection pipe there is rubber “O” ring for sealing.

The end-plate pullout device consists of hydraulic cylinder, roller device, and vibration device. After the completion of filtration, the filter cake is blown dry from the steam nozzle, after the pressure is relieved from relief nozzle, the safety valve is opened, the locking device is released, and the valve for discharge port is opened.
