Product Description
The GK series centrifuge is a filter type centrifuge with automatic clearance operation for scraper discharge. On this machine, it can automatically or manually perform periodic cycle operations of feeding, separation, washing, unloading, and washing the screen. All processes of the machine are carried out at full speed.
This machine adopts an electric hydraulic joint control system, with independent electrical control system and hydraulic system. During automatic operation, the operating time of each process of the machine is controlled by the electrical control system and can be adjusted within a certain time range.
Due to the high separation factor of the machine, the separation effect is good, and it can also effectively wash the solid phase. The solid phase humidity obtained through separation is low. Under the conditions of reasonable selection and use of filter media, the machine has high production capacity. However, due to the high-speed scraper discharge, it has a certain degree of fragmentation of solid particles.

Working principle of GKH
The horizontal siphon scraper centrifuge not only has the driving force of a regular scraper to unload the centrifuge, but also has a siphon suction force similar to a vacuum tube. When the centrifuge is empty, the conversion pipe injects waves into the siphon chamber, and the liquid passes through the siphon chamber
The through-hole of the drum is pressed outward into the gap between the drum, while expelling the air from the siphon and forming a wave body on the filtering medium to evenly distribute the feed. Then start feeding and rotate the siphon to a certain position. After a certain period of time, rotate it to the required lower position. After feeding, turn the siphon to the lowest position

After sliding out of the machine through the hopper, the discharge is completed and the screen is washed. The siphon scraper centrifuge not only flushes the filter cloth in the drum, but also adds flushing water to the cutting and suction chamber through the flushing pipe.
Control the upward and downward rotation of the siphon pipe, so that the liquid flows from the inner drum to the pulsating backwash filter screen. The flushing time and frequency can be determined based on the material characteristics. After the screen cleaning is completed, it automatically enters the next cycle of work.
