Lithium Alumino Silicate Glass (CHIYAN-H2) is a newly developed lithium aluminum silicon ultra-thin flat glass for high-end touch displays using float process. Based on the optimized double ion exchange process based on a unique formula, high-pressure stress and deep pressure stress layers are achieved, making the product exhibit extremely strong resistance to falling, punching, scratching and bending strength.
Features:
Excellent Bending Strength Resistance
Ultra-high Strengthening Stress can be Achieved
Strong Scratch Resistance
High Transmittance
High Flexibility
Application: Widely used in high-end consumer electronics device cover
Regular Thickness:
0.3mm~6mm
CHIYAN-H2’s 0.3~6.0mm thickness Lithium alumino silicate glass has already been used in the market to meet a wide range of customers needs.
Standard Size:1300*1100mm (5th Generation)
Note: The size can be customized according to customer's needs.
Product Composition
Lithium Alumino Silicate Glass achieves better stress and strain depth than ordinary soda-lime glass by increasing the Al₂O₃ content in the glass and increasing the ion exchange capacity.

lithium Alumino-Silicate Glass(CHIYAN-H2) is adopted Float Glass Process.
Float glass is made by heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium in a furnace. When melted, it’s then spread out over a sizable bed of molten tin. As it moves along rollers in the annealing oven during a controlled cooling process, this mixture slowly solidifies over the molten tin. From this point, a single, continuous smooth ribbon of glass emerges as below picture showed:
