Ultra Clear Medium Aluminosilicate Electronic Float Glass(CHIYAN-M2) is an eco-friendly ultra clear alumino-silicate glass with certain strength.

LOW-E energy-saving insulating glass, when in the outdoor cold, the sun emitted near infrared thermal radiation and visible light can enter the room through a large number of film layer, at the same time, indoor objects, walls, air conditioning, heating and human body emitted long wave heat is reflected back to the room by LOW-E film layer, can effectively prevent indoor heat through the glass to the cold outdoor loss. It maintains the temperature of the room very well.
When it is hot outside, the LOW-E film layer can reflect visible light, and at the same time block the solar radiation, the long-wave heat energy of the asphalt road and the building, so the energy consumption of the air conditioner can be greatly reduced.

Product Composition
Ultra Clear Medium Aluminosilicate Glass achieves better stress and strain depth than ordinary soda-lime glass by increasing the Al₂O₃ content in the glass and increasing the ion exchange capacity.

Storage conditions: Temperature ≤30℃, humidity ≤65% (no condensation), shelf life is 6 months from the date of delivery.
Float glass is made by heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium in a furnace. When melted, it’s then spread out over a sizable bed of molten tin. As it moves along rollers in the annealing oven during a controlled cooling process, this mixture slowly solidifies over the molten tin.
