Raw Materials

1. Produce non woven face mask blank(body) automatically from raw material roll width 180-200mm, 10-20gsm;
2. Inserting nose wire, then forming, sealing and cutting---finished mask blank;
3. The size of mask blank is 175(L)*90(W)mm, other specifications according to customers;
4. 3 layers available.

  1. The machine has the function of total count and batch count. The number of batch count can be set arbitrarily.
  2. Replacing the mold can produce masks of different sizes and styles.
  3. the whole machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, beautiful and sturdy.
  4. Three layers of fabric are automatically aligned and feed, and weilding sys use ultrasonic waves are continuously pressed
  5. The production line adopts the structure of 2ply, with high production efficiency
  6. Nose clips and ear loop are automatically cut and welded by ultrasound
  7. Automatic counting and palletizing after welding earbands
