Overview

Hailianxin i-ATS intelligent switching cabinet adopts Schneider Wangao series ATS and intelligent control panel independently developed by Hailianxin. It is suitable for two power sources (common power supply and backup power supply) with AC 50HZ, rated voltage 690V and below, and rated current From 40A to 800A. Automatic switching between power supplies occurs due to an abnormality in one power supply. The main features of this device are: automatic switching, automatic detection, and automatic display functions. Mechanical interlocking and electrical interlocking dual protection functions, energy saving and no noise during operation, can implement automatic switching and automatic recovery, automatic switching and non-automatic recovery, loss of voltage, undervoltage, phase failure protection, manual/automatic conversion, and the main body of the switch The switching time is less than 80mS, the intelligent controller is adjustable from 0-30s, and the volume is small, only one third of the traditional device. The switching capacity is large and can be switched in four levels. The PC-level intelligent dual-power automatic switch is currently the most ideal electrical product for two-way power switching. Characteristics and value

◆ The generator set is automatically switched on: When the mains power fails, the control cabinet will issue a command to start the generator set.

◆ Automatic switching of power supply: After the mains power fails and the generator set runs stably, the control cabinet will automatically switch to the power supply state of the generator set. When the mains power is restored and stabilized, the control cabinet automatically switches back to the mains power supply state.

Extended functions

1. Water temperature and oil pressure probe can be configured to realize the high water temperature and low oil pressure protection of the unit. When the unit has low oil pressure or high water temperature, the control cabinet will alarm and shut down.

2. Servo motor or electronic governor can be configured to realize the idle speed control of the unit: After the unit starts automatically, it will increase the speed after the set idle running time. When the unit is stopped, the speed will decrease first, and then run at low speed. Stop after idle running time. Support throttle servo motor and electronic governor.

3. The parameters can be set to meet the control needs of different occasions. (The main parameters that can be set are system frequency, startup and shutdown time, cooling time, warm-up time)
