Isolation switch structure and working principle
The per-phase conductive portion of the type GN19-10 / 400,630,1000,1250 isolating switches is secured to the base by two pillar insulators.(GN19-10-10C, 400,630,1000,1250 one is a pillar insulator and a porcelain sleeve insulator) three-phase parallel installation, conductive part consists of touch knife, static contact, touch seat (or conductive rod).Pull rod insulator is connected in the middle of each phase touch knife.The rod insulator is connected to the spindle mounted on the base.The main shaft is connected to the linkage (user-provided) and the CS6-I hand power mechanism.
The touch knife is composed of two groove copper plates, which not only increases the heat dissipation area of the touch knife, which is conducive to reducing the temperature, but also improves the mechanical strength of the touch knife and improves the dynamic stability of the switch.One end of the touch blade is mounted on the touch seat (or on the conductive rod) via a bolt (pin).The other end can be connected to the static contact system and the contact pressure is maintained by the springs at both ends.The GN19-10C, 1000,1250 have magnetic lock plates installed at the contact, and the purpose of adding the magnetic lock plate is to enhance the attraction between the two-groove contact knife when a large short-circuit current passes.That is, the contact pressure at the contact is increased, and thus the thermal stability of the switch is improved.The GN19-10C / 400,630 isolating switch limit has a small passing current, so no magnetic lock plate is required.
Base frame assembly: composed of bottom frame, main shaft, limit plate, (stop block) retaining ring, etc.The limit plate is mainly used to ensure that the conductive touch knife "divided", "close" when the required end position.
