Good Quality Inconel 625 Exhaust Pipe 9.8 W/M*℃ Nickel Alloy 625 Tube For Aerospace

Inconel 625 tube is a high-performance nickel-based alloy tube with excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength. Its chemical composition mainly includes high nickel content (≥58%), chromium (20%-23%), molybdenum (8%-10%) and niobium (3.15%-4.15%), which makes it perform well in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
The alloy has a density of 8.4 g/cm³, a melting point range of 1290°C-1350°C, a tensile strength of ≥760 MPa, a yield strength of ≥345 MPa, and an elongation of ≥30%, showing excellent mechanical properties. Inconel 625 tube is widely used in aerospace, marine engineering, oil and gas, chemical processing and nuclear industries, especially in high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosive environments. It is an ideal material for manufacturing key components.
