Description

Yokohama Floating Pneumatic Fender is inflatable floating rubber cushion which is used between ships and between ships and their berthing. It plays an essential role in protecting ship hulls during ship-to-ship transfers of crude oil, LPG, and other natural resources. Pneumatic Fender is rigorously tested on verse parameters before the final dispatch from our unit.

Yokohama Floating Pneumatic Fenders are considered ideal for permanent and semi-permanent port applications and also for offshore ship-to-ship transfers. Our easy to deploy fenders ensure large clearances are maintained between the hull and the jetty. Damage risk during mooring is minimal, protecting both people and cargo. Guru offshore supplies a wide range of diameters in standard or high-pressure versions. Depending on the hook type, smaller fenders are available too. Larger fenders are usually fitted with a chain-tyre net for added protection. For navy ships, a Grey body is also available.

Yokohama Rubber Fender have been in use for around 50 years. It is the leading anti-collision device for marine application in the world. This compressed air-filled rubber fender is used as a protective medium for ship-to-ship contact (STS), ship to quay (STQ) and ship-to-berthing (STB).
