Description

V type rubber fender is a commonly used moulded fender type and is available in different cross sections. The main difference is the width of the front face and resulting surface load. Each type can be equipped with an additional embedded steel plate in the fender head. This allows the installation of a low friction pe- rubbing plate, a steel fender panel or the mounting of the fender unit bebind apile construction.

Inspection and certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
