Arch rubber fenders have been consistently popular for many years. Their rugged construction, simplicity and versatility suits them to a wide variety of berths and wharves where they will give many years of trouble free service under even the most adverse of conditions. Arch rubber fenders are single piece construction with encapsulated steel mounting plate vulcanized into the based flange so they are more robust.

The latest generation of arch rubber fenders offer improved efficiency and angular performance, whilst the new anchor layout pattern give better stability and a stronger attachment to the supporting structure even under very heavy impacts.​

Arch rubber fender has a rubber contact face ideal for all general purpose applications. They also can have UHMWPE plastic pad faced for those applications where friction factor must be low.

Inspection and certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
