Customized Rubber Arch Rubber Fender 900H ABS Certificate Port Berthing

Description

V type arch rubber fender is one of the most widely used fender varieties. It produces unit weight energy absorption in the compression type fender after super drum fender, 3.5 times higher than the cylinder type fender and 2.3 times higher than the type D fender and save material.

Arch Rubber Fenders are made up of one part and available in different dimensions both for height and width. In the base of this type of fender, a steel plate with mounting holes has already been made for the bolts.

The fender can be supplied in a composite design - solid rubber as usual with a top layer of UHMW-PE which can be added to the fender if needed.

Inspection and certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
