50kPa Submarine Fenders ISO17357-1:2014 Specifications BV Certificate Black Color For Berthing
Description
Vertical hydropneumatic submarine fenders conforming to international standards ISO17357, partially filled with water and air pressure. This makes submarine pneumatic fenders deep draft, stable and very soft for delicate hulls. The balance weight is hung on the fender and can be used to change the fender height to adapt to different classes of ships.
Designed to be mounted vertically, the fender is best for use with submarines or vessels whose impact point is likely to be below the waterline, such as catamarans, semi-submersible platforms, and drilling RIGS, protecting submarines and other vessels in contact below the waterline.

Inspection & Certificate
We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing. The following tests are to be conducted:
- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
- Energy absorption and reaction test.
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.
Inspect items as below:
1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
