ISO17357 Certified D3.3M Hydropneumatic Submarine Fenders Black Color Counterweight
Description
The Hydropneumatic Submarine Fenders are a special version of the Pneumatic Fender developed for submarines. Submarine Fenders are partially filled with water and air and are equipped with a counterweight in order to keep them in a vertical position. This ensures that the submerged hull is properly protected by the fender at all times.
Hydropneumatic Submarine Fenders require some special installation techniques to be installed. The performance of Fenders is affected by the air:water ratio and the initial pressure.

Inspection & Certificate
We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing. The following tests are to be conducted:
- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
- Energy absorption and reaction test.
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.
Inspect items as below:
1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.
2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
