Submarine Fenders ISO17357 Qualified 50kPa 3.3*6.5M Marine Safety Floating With Safety Valve
Description
Submarines and other vessels which contact fenders below waterline require a unique solution. Hydropneumatic Submarine Fenders are specially adopted to this application. The fender body is partially water-filled, then pressurized with air and ballasted to make it stand vertically. Fender draft can be tuned by altering the water: air ratio and inflation pressure. The initial pressure is set to 50kPa.
Hydropneumatic Submarine Fender is an upgraded development of the body of the ordinary pneumatic fender. The top end has a flange with an air valve and a water valve and ears for lifting and towing.
