Hydropneumatic submarine fender is perfect for berthing submarine due to its high energy absorption and low reaction force. Submarine fender is usually installed vertically equipped with a counterweight, which provides a better contact area than other pneumatic fenders. Inspection & Certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing. The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

- Energy absorption and reaction test.

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
