Tug Boat Fenders (Keyhole Fenders) Systems are manufactured by extrusion or moulding. They will be extruded when in lengths and moulded when requiring blocks. They can be produced with either smooth or grooved face surface, the grooves providing a better grip. Like composite fenders, we can produce keyhole with a UHMW-PE surface plate to provide a low friction surface. We have a range of standard dies and can also custom manufacture keyhole fenders.

Inspection & Certificates

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
