Pneumatic Fenders 50kPa 4.5M ISO17357 Guide Natural Rubber Tyre Chain Net
Description
The Pneumatic fenders delivered from stock are provided with DockFender Heavy-Duty protection netting made out of certified chains and airplane tires. The netting protects the fender against damage during towing and other kinds of handling and also expands the lifetime of the fender as a result of the protection of the fender body during operations.
Pneumatic fenders are a leading anti-collision device for marine applications in the world today. Pneumatic rubber fender serves as a critical protective medium against collision when ship-to ship (STS) transfer operations and ship-to-dock (STD) berthing and mooring operations. Pneumatic fenders have the advantages of massive energy absorption with low unit surface pressure act upon the ship. These Pneumatic fenders are specifically made for protection in maneuvering ships without collision.

Features
1. The energy absorption does not decrease at inclined compression up to 15 degrees.
2. The reaction force increases slowly and does not increase sharply even under excess load conditions.
3. Adequately reinforced using strong tire cord against the combined force during ship berthing and mooring operations. Supported by water on which it floats, making simple installation possible on the wharf and anchor mast.
Available in a variety of sizes.
4. Supplied as sling type (body only) or with chain and tire net for protection of the fender body
5. Suitable for locations with large and small tidal differences
