Description

V type fender, also known as V fender, is a high-performance rubber fender. Its simple design and high energy absorption capacity are welcomed by many terminals. They are manufactured using a twin leg system and can be installed horizontally or vertically on a dock wall.

V Type Fenders can be manufactured with a low friction UHMW-Polyethylene face pad when required, either bolted or bonded.
It is tough and reliable, simple and long lasting, providing trouble-free service for a wide variety of berthing even under the most severe conditions. Arch rubber fender has the better stability and stronger attachment to the supporting structure than the traditional arch /v rubber fenders.

Inspection and certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
