Application

The tank bottom seat valve is a pneumatically operated single seat valve, assembled at the bottom of tank, used in dairy, food processing, beverage, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.

Operating Principle

1. Operated by Air / Spring, Air/Air

2.Compressedair push shaft to open and close valve

3. Valve structure: Valve seat opens construction inside so that it can avoid pushing when pipeline is over pressure.

2.Complete discharge system avoids retention

3. Normally closed valve (Closed by spring)- standard version

4.Normally open valve ( Opened by spring) by a 180 degree rotating of the pneumatic actuator

5. The valve seat opens into the tank to avoid accidental openings

7. Open lantern for visual inspection of the shaft sealing.

8. Easy disassembly by loosening the clamp
