DC Brushless Motor Barrier Gate Boom Barrier Gate Control Board

Road gate is widely used in highway toll station and parking lot system to manage vehicle passage and vehicle access. Gate component: the intelligent automatic gate is installed at the entrance and exit of the parking lot. By the control part, reducer, motor, transmission mechanism, balance device, box, brake rod, brake rod bracket and other parts of the set control in one of the mechatronics products.

Features:

1. Efficient DC brushless motor and precise gear reducer drive with mechanical and electrical control integrated. More flexible and convenient operation, safe and reliable for using, completely maintenance free during its service.
2. The moving parts and spring balance devices which are in their optimal function enable the boom work with soft start slow stop in fast and stable, without impact, which reduces the driving power in maximum, extends its service life.
3. No clutch devices, no place sensor.
4. Humanized anti-collision boom protectionmechanism, when the vehicle accidently hits the barrier boom, the anti-collision mechanism will rotate the boom to avoid damage to the vehicle and the barrier gate.
5. The dedicated controller system has high integration and strong logic performance. It can be connected withany toll system of roads and bridges,parking lots and so on.
6. High-sensitivity Auto-reverse functionwhich can prevent incorrect operation and other crash or hitting accidents.
7. High-strength precision cast steelmachine case, with outdoor metal powder electrostatic spraying surface treatment, waterproof
and dustproof, standard of IP54 for the machine.
8. DC 24V low voltage brushless motor, adopts to the global voltage (110~220±15%)
9. Open first: Sending an open signal during the closing process, the boom will be lifted immediately.
