How to Use:
1. Open the battery cover.2. There is a setting key in the lower right corner.3. Click the setting key for 4 seconds until the lock gives a beep and the red light flashes.4. Then press any key (unlock or lock key) of each remote control for which you need to set the password until the lock beeps.5. Press the setting key again for 1 second until a beep sound.6. After setting, please test whether each remote control can work normally.7. If someone cannot work normally, please reset according to the above steps.

The testing experiment of intelligent door locks requires at least 15 data tests, including water immersion test, negative pressure test, sealing test, lock tension test, lock life test, motor life test, button life test, hardness test, battery discharge test, spring tension test, motor torque test, drop test, high and low temperature test, salt spray test, vibration test, etc,finally make sure one lock with more than 200 thousand times durable life time.

Final Packing Standards

1. Cleaning: Before packaging, it is required to confirm that the surface of the goods is clean, dust-free, oil-free, and waterless;

2. Filling: use foam, paper scraps and other materials to fully fill the gap between goods to prevent goods from being damaged due to shaking and collision during transportation;

3. Packaging: Use waterproof fabric or plastic bags to strictly package the goods to prevent them from being penetrated by rainwater or corroded beyond the deadline;

4. Packing: neatly pack items into carton in the order of first large, then small, and then heavy, then light;

5. Sealing: Use tape to seal cartons boxes tightly, ensuring the safety of the goods throughout the entire transportation process.We will do all necessary works to ensure that the goods can be safely arrive at the destination.

Yes, refer to the installation method of the smart lock manual and install video, it is easy to install. If you don't know how to install, you can contact us for more professional guide,we have professional aftersell service team who will provide with professional installation teaching service. About the direction of the lock,all residential locks are available with left or right side direction adjustable. 2. What about your warranty service? We have 2 year warranty.During this time, if you have any quality problems, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement. 3. What should I do if I do not know how to use the device? We provide detailed manual and installation videos. Before installation, you can learn how to install it by reading the manual. 4. How long does the battery life can be last? and what can I do, if the battery is low or dead? The battery of the Automatic lock is 4200mAh rechargeble lithium ,4 people family normal using can be last 5-7 months after full recharged,You can recharge the battery repeatly when the lock remind you the power is low, but please do not use the fast charging. Handle locks power supply way is dry AA or AAA Batteries, 4 people family normal using can be last 5-7 months with new good quality dry batteries, all locks support mini USB or Type C socket for the emergency power supply when the lock is run out of the battery power. 5. What is the applicable door thickness? The lock is adjustable, it can adapt o 35 mm to 100 mm door thickness,wooden door or metal door are both workable. 6. What are the methods of unlocking the lock?
