The carrier sprocket body is meticulously crafted from materials like 40Mn2, 40MnB, and 50Mn, which are specially chosen to fulfill the varied demands of different working environments. The wheel body undergoes a series of precise forging and normalization processes, followed by a heating and quenching treatment employing spray techniques. This leads to a tread surface hardness of between HRC52 and HRC62, accompanied by a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm (with a hardness of HRC45) or more. This combination of hardness and depth offers exceptional durability, especially in terms of resistance to impact and surface wear, on both the outer and inner surfaces of the wheel body.
To adapt to both tropical and cold climates, the product is equipped with high-quality, standard floating oil seals and a reliable lubrication system. This ensures that the carrier sprocket remains fully sealed and maintenance-free, even in harsh working conditions or under extreme temperatures ranging from -45°C to 120°C.
