(1) Low-alloy cast steel:

The drive wheel is made of high-quality low-alloy cast steel material with high strength and good toughness, which provides a solid foundation for the drive wheel and ensures its reliability and durability under heavy load and complex stress conditions.

(2) High-hardness rail surface (HRC > 50):

In order to reduce wear and extend service life, the track surface of the drive wheel is specially treated, and the hardness reaches HRC 50 or more. This high hardness property effectively resists friction and wear, maintaining the integrity of the rail even under long-term high load operation, ensuring the accuracy and stability of power transmission.

(3) Tempering to prevent cracking and fragmentation:

In order to further improve the durability and safety of the drive wheel, we use a tempering treatment process. This step eliminates the residual stress generated during the heat treatment process and prevents the drive wheel from cracking and chipping during use, thus ensuring its stable operation under harsh conditions.
