For replacing traditional lights, a general recommendation for the colour is Warm White . Coming in a 3000K colour , it is the warmest of the two colours and recreates the light produced by a halogen better than others.

This colouring then makes it more suited for the rooms like the bedroom and living room . It is also good for any room that has a traditional style to it.

Alternatively to Warm White, there is Cool White which is closer to white as a colour than Warm White. The colour can sometimes be referred to as similar to snow or ice, hence the 'Cool' name . Cool White is generally used in different rooms to Warm White like bathrooms and kitchens. It's bright properties also make it useful for commercial uses.

Like Warm White, Cool White is good for styles of room but this time it is for rooms that have a more modern spin to them.
