The composition of bridge erection machine:
The bridge erecting machine is mainly composed of the arm, the No. 1 hoisting trolley, the No. 2 hoisting trolley, the No. 1 column, the No. 2 column, the No. 3 column, the hydraulic system, the electrical system, the diesel generator set and the safety protection monitoring system.
The beam is transported by the beam transporter to the rear of the bridge erecting machine to feed the beam, the hoisting trolley lifts the girder to pull the beam, and the position of the box girder is fine-tuned in the air. It can erect 32m, 24m, 20m double-line whole-hole box girder, adapt to erect minimum curve radius R5500m, adapt to erect maximum longitudinal slope 20‰, rated lifting weight 900t.
