Normally a complete pastry production line is consisting of :
Dough mixer - pastry dough laminating line - proffer - Tunnel oven - cooling system - package system
To well match our croissant production line , puff laminating line or other production line , we will supply removable dough mixer that will together with a bowl lifter ,
The bowl volume wold be around 130 - 300 kg , depends on the project requirement , also ,normally several dough mixers would share one bowl lifter .
