1. Description

For certain pastry product , after dough sheeting , process of deep freezing the dough sheet is necessary

to guanrantte the quality for final product ,manually took the dough sheet into the freezing room would take a lot a time and very high labor cost , here the pastry laminator with auto freezers would provide perfect solution .
