ZKS650 is very compact lamination line that specially for pastry dough block lamination , a fat pump will feed the margarine/fat on the dough band , satellite and calibrator will sheet the dough band , then by 1 set of lamination machine to fold and form the layers inside the dough , a retraction machine will automatically fold the dough sheet into dough blocks , thus to save one more manpower.
