Fully automatic soft pita production line controlled by PLC of food grade stainless steel material

1. Pita Line introduction

ZLINE develop special machine to handle very soft dough when make very soft pita , usually water contain about 68% or even higher ; the

custom-made dough chunker is able to treat the dough very gently and make it a continuous dough band , turnkey solution from dough mixer until

packaging is available as well ;

2. Pocket pita macine Work flow

Dough mixer – dough band extruder – satellite – cross roller – calibrator 1 – calibrator 2 - pita cutting die – scrap dough return – tunnel proffer –

tunnel oven – cooler – package machine ;

1). To make soft pita bread with high water contain ;

2). Same like can make different shape pita , such as oval , round or square ;

3). Pita thickness adjustable by PLC touch screen ;

4). Stainless steel frame tunnel proffer , with humidifier and heating system ;

5). High temperature tunnel oven with burners on both above and under the steel plate ;

6). Spiral cooler , cooling time 25 minutes ;

7). Siemens and Omron touch screen control system , high automation ;

8). Same line is able to make both soft pita and Arabic pita ;
