2. Line work flow :
Dough ball extruding – dough ball pressing – heating – cooling – tortilla pick up
3. Particular features:
1). The dough with high water contain and in half fluid condition ;
2). With 1 dough ball extruding nozzle , dough ball size and tortilla size adjustable ;
3). The heating plate will pre-heating the dough ball to form the tortilla ;
4). The heating conveyor use high temperature resistant cloth , double side baking the bread ;
5). The cooling conveyor is short but with water sprayer to cool down the temperature in short time ;
6). Tortilla size and thickness adjustable ; standard diameter 20 cm
7). Easy to operate and clean ;
