1. Traditional tortilla line description:

ZP1000 tortilla line particularly for traditional tortilla making , with the way of dividing and rounding the dough ball , by pressing to form certain size

and thickness of tortilla. The complete line is consist of dough ball making machine , dough ball proffer , tortilla forming machine , tunnel oven ,

cooler and package machine ;

2. Liine work flow :

Dough mixing – dough ball dividing – dough ball rounding – proofing – pressing – baking – cooling – counting – packaging
