4. The motors at both ends of the drive have different rotational speeds, and the braking torque of the brake shafts at both ends is different, resulting in inconsistent speed of the wheels on both sides and out-of-sync operation, resulting in track biting.
Troubleshooting of gantry crane operating mechanism
Removing the effects of oil or ice on the track; Adjust the trolley track to meet the installation technical requirements; Check the transmission chain connection, bolt connection, gear coupling engagement and other conditions to eliminate excessive clearance, so that the two ends of the transmission is consistent; Adjust the accuracy of wheel installation. If L and h are measured horizontally and vertically respectively, the horizontal skew is less than L/1000, and the perpendicularity deviation is less than h/1000. Change the starting mode of the motor or replace it with a wound rotor motor, check to ensure the two electric synchronous.
