Description:

Shipyard portal crane has various applications, such as loading and unloading at port, materual handing at dockyard, ship building and repairing yard, metalluygy industry. The four link type shipyard portal crane is composed of frame, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism, spreader device (grab, container spreader, hook), electrical equipment and other aiding devices for safety.

Portal crane devides into two types :

One is single-link portal crane, and the other is four-link portal crane.

Four-link portal crane

Four-link portal crane has been extensively applied to loading and unloading at port and materiel handing at dockyard and metallurgy industry, the mainstructures are composedof steel frame, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism,spreader device (grab, container spreader, and hook and electric dist), electrical equipment
and other accessory equipments for safety.

Single-link portal crane

Single-link portal crane is a kind of hoisting machine especially used inport,harbour, dock, shipyard with small investment for loading and unloading front apron container, sundries and bulk cargo.It mainly includes the following units: crane strong steel frame, lifting mechanism,luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism .
