European Standard Manual Monorail Single Beam Mobile Overhead Crane

Product Components

Main girder

It is as per IS 807/IS 3177/IS80.These are fabricated;plate box in construction or standard I-Beams of M.S. rolled steel sections bolted to end carriages.Box girders are fabricated by Q345B steel.

Electric hoist and hook block

Model CD1 electic hoist has only one normal speed,which can satisfy normal application.

Model MD1 electric hoist provide two speeds:normal and low speed.

The rope sheaves are fully guarded with protective steel casting. All sheaves rotate on ball bearing.The pulley is thicked and dilated than domestic common pulley.

End beams

The crane end carriages are manufactured from structural sections and are jig assembled to ensure alignment of bearings and axles.

Crane wheels

Two nos. straight tread type, En-8 forged steel, double flanged LT wheels are provided in each of the two end carriages. These are supported on Steel Axies/L-Blocks.

Crane Traveling Limit Switch


Weight overload protection device.
Lifting height limit device.
Voltage lower protection function.
Phase sequence protection function.
Emergency stop function.
Rain cover for outside hoist, driving units, electric cubicle.
Warning indicator: flashing lights and warning sounds.
