The Bridge Girder Erection Launcher Construction Machine consists of main girder, crane, front legs, rear legs, front leg cylinder, rear leg cylinder and the transverse connection of front, middle, rear legs. The control part is composed of hydraulic system and electric control system. The bridge girder erection machine is characterized by reasonable compact structure and convenient installation, the main standard girder is connected by pin connection. The double girder structure is connected between the two frame girders by welded pipe.

Precautions

• In the early stage of work, check the brakes, wire ropes, hooks and other safety devices. If abnormalities are found, they should be eliminated in time;
• Workers should confirm that the power can be turned off when there are no people in the aisle or on the track. When the power supply is short-circuited or there are signs, the power should be turned off by the relevant personnel
• During the work, when lifting heavy loads in each shift, the weight should be lowered after 0.5 meters above the ground, and the brake performance should be checked to confirm the reliability before normal operation;
• When the driver is working, he should ring the bell according to the relevant regulations;
• Strictly implement the ten no-hangs principle;
• Two-hook cranes are not allowed to lift two objects at the same time by two hooks; adjust the brake of the lifting mechanism without working;
• The operator must go to work after getting the appropriate examination and field study license.

Disassembly and Maintenance

When removing the truss beam, it should be supported by the sleeper raft, which should be firm and reliable. High-strength bolts dismantled after flame heating need to be scrapped and not inherited. Workers entering the demolition site need to wear safety caps and protective shoes. Workers working on truss beams need to be secure and fully strapped. This is the basic security protection for operating bridge installation equipment.
