Subsurface safety valve is a sort of the safety valve applied for well completion operation. The SSSV is tubing portable ground controlled subsurface safety valve for high pressure environment, the safety valve can be connected with the tubing string directly and connected with ground by control line. By applying a ground pressure, the pressure passes through the control line and acts on the piston of safety valve. The open or close of the safety valve is controlled by the pressure. The safety valves include balanced and unbalanced types.
