Question:how do I connect the bluetooth to my phone ? the name won’t even pop up in options to connect

The bluetooth should connect on its own. Press the ON button on the cable and make sure you have the bluetooth ON, on your phone, before starting the app. Once you open the app, open the + button and connect to "LED BLE 00-XXXX". This will open the app for the lamp and start scanning right away.

Question:it got hot and just turned off what to do ?
Answer:Hello Costumer. Make sure that your power supply is not "Fast Cahrging". Meaning that the output has to be 5V-1A
