1. Sand Dredger Work Process:
The cutter suction dredger is equipped with a submersible pump. Place a long tube in front of the water surface with the cutter head. The blade moves the sediment from the bottom of the lake to the ground through the principle of rotation.
During dredging, the driver lowered the boom of the dredger to the bottom of the lake.
Then rotate the cutter head and use your teeth to stir the mud or other deposits at the bottom.
Use strong suction to suck the crushed sludge or sediment into the pipeline
Then remove sludge and debris for final treatment.
This method is only suitable for cleaning lakes with relatively low rock and hard debris content, because if the lake contains a lot of hard debris, it will affect the rotation of the cutter head and even damage the cutter head.
