Its appearance is like a bucket, the bottom can be fully opened, there are cutting teeth and a valve on the bottom, the cutting soil chips are loaded into the bucket during rotary drilling, and when the bucket is full, all the soil chips can be taken out of the hole, and Drain from the bottom. The bottom structure and cutting teeth have various forms due to the different drilling stratum.

Application:

1. If matched with V20 teeth ,18TL,25T and other flat teeth , highly weathered rock such as mudstone ,shale,silty red sandstone ,marl,etc with hardness less than 30Mpa.

2. If matched with BFZ70,BFZ72,BFZ80 and other Bauer type flat teeth,it's more efficient in very sticky mudstone and conglomerate formations.

Feature

1. The shell of bucket can be desiged to be straight to avoid drilling hole inclined or conical for accelerating dumping and increasing of efficiency .

Automatic flat bottom bucket: It has an hinged bottom that can be completely opened through a hook and a sturdy system of levers connected to the opening head operated during the final lifting phase.and it has the ventilation plate inside which can avaid bucket stuck by vacuum space under th e bucket bottom.
Automatic conical bottom bucket: It has the same opening mechanism of the flat bottom bucket with only difference it don't have the ventilation plate,because the conical shell can avaid the bucket stuck by vacuum space.

3. The upper and lower periphery of the cylinder are equipped with hardening treatment.

4. There are double bottom double cutter plates under the barrel or can be customizable.
