Feature and advantages of TR160D rotary drilling rig:
1. TR160D rotary drilling rig adopts CAT C7engine with ACERT M Technology offers more engine power and runs at lower speeds for better fuel efficiency and reduced wear. Turbo suction, Optimal machine performance, more power output, less emission.
2. The systems circuit adopts Caterpillar hydraulic system main control circuit and pilot control circuit, uses advanced loading back technology which negative flow hydraulic pump with constant power output extremely fit engine output, Pilot control makes the operation flexible, comfortable, exact and safe. Various kinds of hydraulic elements adopted world famous brand, such as Rexroth, Parker, etc. To ensure the hydraulic system is high reliability.
3. Electric systems are from Pal-fin auto-control, optimal design of electric control system improves the control accuracy and the feedback speed has separated auxiliary winch collocated on the mast from triangle parts, good view and maintenance more convenient. Compacted Parallelogram structure to reduce the length and height of the whole machine, reduce the machine's request for the work space, easy for transportation.
4. TR160D rotary head equipped BONFIGLIOLI or Rexroth reducer, and REXROTH or LINDE motor, heavy damping spring on the base of multilevel shock absorption design, which ensure operate more safe.
The newest designed winch drum structure is to avoid steel wire rope tangling and lengthen the service life of steel wire rope.
5. A large-space soundproofed cabin with high-power air condition and luxurious damping seat, provide high-comfort and pleasured working environment. At two side, there are very convenient and humanization -designed operating joystick, Touch screen and monitor show the parameters of system, des warning device for abnormal situation. The pressure gage can also provide more intuitive working condition for the operating driver. It has the pre-automatic detection function before starting the whole machine.
