Product Introduction

Mud Cleaner is the second class and the third class solids control equipment which is the newest type to treat the drilling fluid. Our TRQJ series mud cleaner are combined from Desander, Desilter and an Underflow shaker. At the same time Mud cleaner has the higher cleaning function compared with separated desander and desilter.

In addition to the reasonable design process, mud cleaner equals another shale shaker. TR mud cleaner structure is compact, it occupy small space and the function is powerful. Mud cleaner is the ideal device of the second class and the third class solid control to treat the drilling mud.

Advantages of TRQJ Series Mud Cleaner

  1. Overall heat treatment for complete screen box, heavy antiseptic coating on surface, ensure long service life of shale shaker.
  2. Desander & desilter & underflow shale shaker 3 in one unit mud cleaner for compact design and small volume.
  3. Screen box adopt high manganese alloy steel with high strength, long screen box lifespan.
  4. International brand vibration motor, Martin or OLI motor.
  5. High G vibration intensity(adjustable) can meet high viscosity and high gravity separation.
