Main Introduction

TR Solids Control is a professional manufacturer of mud desander. Our TRCS series desander is a kind of hydrocyclone desander composed of hydrocyclone and shale shaker. It is the second cphase solids control equipment to treat drilling fluids, mainly used for separating solid particles with size 47 ~ 76μm.

Our mud desander is an innovative product for drilling fluids cleaning. The traditional desander without Shale Shaker is only available for unweighted drilling mud. It is oversized for some applications, and this kind of desander is relatively more expensive. The innovative TR desander is an ideal option for both weighted and unweighted drilling mud with the most cost effective solution for drilling. Further more, TRCS series mud desander is the best choices for small mud system for HDD, CBM, water well drilling, mining exploration industry, etc.


Operation Mechanism

Desander includes two 12-inch(305-mm) diameter polyurethane hydroclones slant mounted over the shaker. Each desander clone includes four replaceable wear resistant polyurethane sections that are joined together with quick release stainless steel clamps. The desander is furnished with an 8-inch(203-mm) diameter feed manifold and a 10-inch (254-mm) diameter discharge manifold and a 0-60 psi (4.1-bar) pressure gauge. The desander also includes a solids discharge trough to distribute the hydroclone underflow evenly onto the screening surface.

TR desander is produced by an advanced design, careful engineering, quality materials and finest workmanship which comprising 8, 10, and 12 inches cone diameter. TR desanders have various capacity based on its diameter.
